Kayla Hill founded The KTPL Law Firm with a clear purpose: to empower small businesses, entrepreneurs, and creatives with the legal resources, tools, and support they need to be successful. She believes that law should do more than solve problems—it should help clients build generational wealth and lasting legacies. Supporting others as they pursue their dreams is the driving force behind why she started her own firm.

Kayla’s legal career is defined by adaptability, strategy, and a deep understanding of how businesses operate in real time. Her practice spans intellectual property, business law, contracts, compliance, data privacy, real estate, and entertainment law—an intentional breadth that allows her to offer a 360-degree legal perspective rather than siloed advice.

With over a decade of experience in real estate transactions and extensive work advising on trademarks, copyrights, contracts, and data privacy compliance, Kayla helps clients connect the dots across their legal and business needs. She has served as counsel to creatives, tech founders, advisors, and businesses navigating both private and government contracts, always tailoring her approach to align with each client’s goals and stage of growth.

Beyond her legal practice, Kayla is also an educator and thought leader. She is the founder of KayRenee Law, a legal education platform, and regularly speaks at workshops, conferences, and trainings on topics ranging from contracts to data privacy. She has also served in executive leadership roles, including as Chief Operating Officer for creative production companies and collectives, where she developed operations, educational programming, and strategic partnerships.
